ARC Pathway
What is the ARC Pathway?
ARC Pathway is our one week, job ready program designed to introduce recent school leavers to the world of business! This pre-traineeship program has been developed to help you get ready for your first job in the corporate world.
Participants will develop the skills and knowledge required to enter the working world, communicate effectively within a work environment and have the confidence to walk into a job interview and make themselves stand out from other applicants.
Additionally, the subjects you complete in this program may be credited towards your traineeship with ARC, should you be successful!

How does it work?
This subsidised one week program is delivered via an online Digital Classroom and will include discussions, group activities and useful assessments. Participants complete three units from BSB20120 Certificate III in Work Skills with ARC Training (RTO # 91007):
- BSBCMM211 Apply communication skills
- BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace
- BSBOPS201 Work effectively in business environments
In addition to achieving all of this, participants will also have the opportunity to complete work experience for 1 day through ARCway Careers!
